Find Your Order Number

It only takes a few minutes to find your order number.

Open the operating sash on the window to locate the label.
Location of window warranty label along with where to find Production Date, Dealer Name, Series, Order Number, Line Item Number, and PO Number
Next locate the manufacturing label on the sash.

Retrieve the Order Number from the label. You do not have to include the number after the dash (-) however it’s no problem if you do.
The Order number is located under the Dealer Name.
